For this project I was inspired by Back to the Future and the idea of time traveling to get information that would help you with sports betting. I am a massive fan of sports and have been known to partake in sports betting from time to time so I thought it would be fun to play with this idea. I want my story to begin with falling asleep because I want my transition to be a dream. I might even start with a scene that shows a bunch of bets that have been lost on the person's phone as they look at it right before falling asleep. I plan on showing a clock with the date on it to make it very clear to pay attention to that. Then the dream will happen and they will be transported through a portal into a hallway with portals on each side. I want to play with the idea of every portal being a door to certain games in the future. Like a window into that time and place. As they move through the hall they peek into some portals and take note of the scores. Some are football games, some basketball, and some hockey. They then head to the exit and wake up from their dream. They run to their phone and place bets on each game. The story then concludes with them winning tons of bets.
